Young Endeavour Youth Scheme
The Young Endeavour Youth Scheme (YEYS) is a not for profit organisation which provides young Australians with a unique, challenging and inspirational experience at sea as part of the crew on board the sail training ship STS Young Endeavour. The YEYS is run in partnership with the Royal Australian Navy.
Each voyage provides the youth crew a training voyage aimed to increase self awareness, develop teamwork and leadership skills and create a strong sense of community responsibility amongst crew members.
