The One Cadet model supports an integrated approach to the management of and experience in the ADF Cadets. Building on single-service achievements and leading youth practice, One Cadet provides the governance, systems, and processes to support the consistent implementation of common policies, procedures, training, assurance, and ICT. Youth Policy Manual Part 2 and Youth Policy Manual Glossary contains Cadet-specific policy.
